Regional Conflict South 2010

The UK’s top breakers are gearing up to take on some of the best crews from across the UK for a place in the championship finals

After months of training, 15 crews will throw down and battle against their rivals to impress the judges and win a place in the eliminations for the world finals.

The top three crews from the Regional Conflict heats will go through to the Sony Ericsson Regional Conflict Finals in London, on Sunday 13 June at Islington Academy. The UK winners will then be given the accolade of representing UK at the 15th UK B-Boy Championships World Finals in Brixton on 9 and 10 October.

DJ Hooch, founder of the Sony Ericsson B-Boy Championships, said: “The Sony Ericsson B-Boy Championships provide a great platform to nurture new and existing talent, opening the doors to aspiring professional breakers. The competition helps place its contenders onto the world stage, which has seen last year’s winners go onto perform at the Oscars, as well as feature in the movie Step Up 3-D.”
